Selection on the basis of merit decided at the Counselling done by the Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla for the allotment of the College of Education and further formalities of admission of Teacher Trainee is completed by the respective College of Education.

Academic Calendar - 2010-11

Opening of the session August 2010 (Proposed).

Month of August Contains following Programmes.

• Welcome, get-together to our new students and their introduction to staff as well as to management of the college (Interaction-2010)
• Allotment of houses to students, time-table schedule, issue of college I.D. Cards and briefing about rules and regulation of college to trainee teachers.
• Begining with regular classrooom teaching and other academic activities.

Month of September

• Regular teaching Learning Process continues for the full month.
• Celebration of teacher's day (5th sept.)
• Guest Lecture
• Seminars, Begining on every saturday.

Month of October

• Observation of Gandhi Jayanti (2nd Oct)
• Inter house Competitions - Rangoli, Mehandi, Drawing Competitions and Quiz Competitions.
• Along with regualar classroom teaching, college will host a one day trip to a nearby station having educational importance.
• Seminars Continue Every Saturday

Month of November

• Guest Lecture by eminent educationist on value education.
• Celebration of Children day (14th Nov.)
• Celebration of Deepawali (17th Nov.)
• Last week of month -Micro -Teaching shall commence.
• Seminars continue every saturday.

• 1st Dec. -World Aids day "Rally"
• Micro Teaching Continues
• 10th Dec. World Human Right Day (Extension Activity)
